One Rockwood
Rockwood staff members can find all the important information they need in one place, including employee calendars, our weekly staff newsletter, department sites, and resources to connect you to other staff and the tools we use.
Absence Management
Absence Management is an automated service from Frontline Education that streamlines the process of recording absences and finding substitutes. It replaced the WillSub system starting in July 2026.
Canvas LMS
Canvas is a web-based learning management system, or LMS. It is used by learning institutions, teachers, other staff, and students to access and manage online course learning materials and communicate about achievement.
Clevr Online Forms
Clevr is an online resource that houses all of Rockwood forms for students, staff and buildings. Forms that are not available through Clevr can be found on Diligent.
Employee Online
Employee Online is the Human Resources and Finance portal which provides pay check stub information and personal information. It is only available on the district network.
Infinite Campus
Infinite Campus is a web-based student system to view grades, assignments, attendance and other reports for parents and students. Staff members have their own portal.
KickUp
Rockwood uses the KickUp system to manage professional learning for district and school staff members, assess program impact, and use formative data to drive better decision-making.
ParentSquare
ParentSquare is a tool that helps teachers and staff easily communicate and collaborate with parents and the school community .
